  • Pricing Analyst

    Energy Smart Pro is currently seeking a Pricing Analyst. This role interacts with several internal and external stakeholders such as suppliers, account managers and support team members; strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

    The Pricing Analyst will be involved in setting up of pricing requests to be sent to suppliers, processing & documenting quotes received from suppliers, and reviewing & submitting contracts as they are received. The Pricing Analyst will work hand in hand with account managers to ensure we are receiving accurate & timely pricing and providing outstanding service to our network of suppliers and brokers; exceptional organizational skills are critical.

    Scope of Position:
    •Learning about suppliers & products and becoming familiar with internal software tools & programs
    •Using our proprietary, industry-leading software to review and confirm pricing requests received from our broker partners
    •Analyzing and inputting quotes received from our supplier partners
    •Working with account managers to accurately request and submit contracts for our customers
    •Being a consultative team member of the pricing group and providing solutions for improvement
    •Communicating with account managers and support team members ensuring that questions are being addressed quickly & efficiently through communication & dialogue with supplier partners
    •Monitoring energy markets & news
    •Tracking & organizing information in a fast-paced environment

    Experience/Skills:
    •Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Accounting, Mathematics, Finance or related field
    •Self-starter who is not afraid to ask questions
    •Strong interpersonal and group communication skills
    •High level of organizational skills
    •Excellent problem-solving skills & analytically minded
    •One year of related business / internship experience
    •Strong business acumen and commercial thinking
    •Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines on a continuous basis
    •Passion to learn, grow and evolve

  • Account Management Associate

    Energy Smart Pro is currently seeking an Account Manager Associate. The Account Management Associate is responsible for supporting account management efforts of Account Managers & Energy Brokers across a wide network of suppliers, products, & geographies.

    This is an opportunity for a recent college graduate with some business experience or a more seasoned professional with previous sales or account management experience, to join & play a key role in the most exciting company in the Retail Energy industry, while receiving on the job training and preparation to that you can grow and develop in to more senior roles within the organization.

    Responsibilities and Duties:
    •Taking ownership and responsibility of day to day activities of our partners by ensuring that necessary tasks required to close business, get done
    •Developing rapport & communicating with internal & external stakeholders with a natural sense of ease and self-confidence
    •Being interested in getting involved in Account Management so you can grow and develop in to more senior roles within the organization
    •Learning about Suppliers, Brokers, & Products
    •Developing new sales potential by analyzing accounts, initiating and developing relationships, and closing sales
    •Assisting with special projects as assigned
    •Tracking & organizing information in a fast-paced environment
    • Becoming familiar with internal software tools & programs in order to support ongoing business activities
    •Occasional travel and dining required to build and enhance relationships

    Qualifications and Skills:
    •Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or other relevant field
    •1 year of experience in Sales Support, Account Management Support or Business Administration in an office setting
    •Smart, detail-oriented, self-motivated with excellent administrative skills
    •Positive, upbeat and encouraging disposition
    •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    •Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and peers
    •Proficiency in performing and tracking multiple initiatives simultaneously
    •Ability to learn and adapt to new programs and processes
    •Ability to follow through & take ownership of assigned responsibilities
    •Ability to work in a small, team-based environment
    •Proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications, particularly Excel

  • Sales Coordinator

    Energy Smart Pro is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting company Sales goals by assisting Account Managers & Energy Brokers in day to day tasks and projects across a wide network of Suppliers, Products, & Geographies.

    This is an opportunity for a recent college graduate with some business experience or a more seasoned professional with previous sales support or administrative experience, to join & play a key role in the most exciting company in the Retail Energy industry, while receiving on the job training and preparation to grow and develop into more senior roles within the organization.

    Responsibilities and Duties:
    •Supporting a pod of internal staff and external partners in day-to-day activities relating to sales efforts
    •Answering inbound calls and emails with a positive attitude and upbeat demeanor
    •Communicating with internal & external stakeholders with a natural sense of ease and self-confidence maintaining partner satisfaction
    •Establishing active & effective communication, collaboration and engagement within various departments
    •Scheduling information requests and following up as requests become due
    •Monitoring accounts and following up on outstanding confirmations, requests and filings
    •Sending out contracts, confirmations, renewal information and account status updates to internal and external partners
    •Keeping partners and staff updated on issues relating to deal processing
    •Running reports & tracking and communicating issues in an effective and timely manner
    •Scheduling Travel arrangements and making reservations for client meetings
    •Completing and assisting in special projects on an as needed basis
    •Tracking & organizing information in a fast-paced environment
    •Learning about suppliers, brokers, products, and internal software tools & programs to support ongoing business activities

    Qualifications and Skills:
